Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation

For years I have been using my trusty Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation, blissfully unaware that something infinitely better was about to enter my life! To be honest, I never really thought too much about foundation. I didn't like the idea of having something "cakey" on my face but since I got married last year and had my make up done professionally its been something that I've thought a little bit more about.

I decided that when my next pot of Dream Matte ran out that it was time for something new and on several recommendations Revon's Nearly Naked Foundation was the product I chose. I picked it up in shade 110 Ivory - the lightest shade (would I be anything but?!) and found that its so lightweight and blends really nicely. The bottom two photos show the consistency and the product when it has been blended (not very well I might add!) I wear it over my Benefit Porefessional and find that it stays put all day!

I picked this up in Superdrug for £7.99 although i'm not sure if this is an introductory offer (I hope not!) I'll definitely be picking up more bottles of this once I get through it. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a pump but i've heard that you can pick these up on eBay really cheaply. Maybe Revlon will change this in the near future but personally I don't have a problem just pouring the amount I need onto the back of my hand!

Do you have this foundation? What are your thoughts?

  1. I think you've just sold this to me Holly! hehe :) It looks so nice when it's blended in. I'm picking up a bottle on Monday as soon as my loan comes in for sure xxx
