I was recently sent this Coconut Body Scrub from The Body Shop to review and wow, it is aa-maz-zing! I can definitely see why it is currently on The Body Shop's best sellers list!
The 200ml pot is enough to use for two to three months if you use it on a weekly basis. This is what I am currently doing due to going swimming every Sunday and shaving each week before I go, therefore I think that the current price of £12.50 is completely justified as you can easily divide the price by three which means you get an amazing scrub for under £5 a month!
The scrub contains Community Fair Trade virgin coconut oil from coconuts that are organically grown in Samoa which leave the skin feeling soft and smooth. This scrub is creamy without being too thick, which is great for moisturising. The only thing you have to make sure of is that you use it before you have a bath or shower because of the exfoliating granules. It washes away really easily and doesn't leave behind any oily residue.
This scrub works really well on dry skin which I sometimes get on my hands (especially from constantly wearing nitrile gloves at work) so occasionally I leave it on my hands before I go to bed so that my hands feel refreshed in the morning.
The scent is obviously coconut but its not completely overpowering which I like. It reminds me of holidays which is helping me hold on to the last few days of summer!
Have you tried any scrubs or butters from The Body Shop?

I love all the Body Shop products that I have tried. My fave are the Strawberry products as they smell divine but I am also a fan of their perfumes particularly the Love etc, range so they are worth a try. Lovely blog, just have to follow.
