High Street Blush Love

I think blush is my favourite part of my make up kit. In case you hadn't guessed from my blog design, I love pink and there's just something so feminine about blush colours and adding a little pop of colour to your cheeks. Today I'm going to talk about my favourite high street blushers.

Sleek Rose Gold Blush//£4.49
This shimmery peach blush has been named as a dupe for the NARS Orgasm blush although much more affordable at £4.49. I love this blush, its the perfect coral shade with a little bit of added sparkle. In the past I've been asked which highlighter I am wearing as I like to use it high on my cheek bones and people have been surprised when I've told them it's a blush. It comes in a lovely little compact with a handy little mirror.

Sleek Mirrored Pink Blush//£4.49
Another favourite of mine also from the Sleek range is Mirrored Pink. This is also priced at £4.49 and was part of their Aqua collection which I think may have been limited addition as I can't seem to find it on the Superdrug website which was where I picked it up from. This is a beautiful dusky pink colour with a little bit of shimmer. I have found with this one that I have to build the colour up as the payoff is not as good as the Rose Gold blush but it still looks beautiful.

Topshop Blush in Morning Dew//£7
I've done several posts on Topshop make up in the past and have always been impressed by the quality of their products. This blush in Morning Dew is no exception. It is a cream blush that turns to powder once applied. In the pan it looks quite bright but once applied it comes out as a lovely orangey pink which I blend out with my Real Techniques buffing brush. I love the Topshop packaging design it makes a nice change to all the black square blushers in my collection!

Topshop Blush in Sneakpeek//£5
I managed to pick this up on one of my many visits to Topshop, it was by the counter and was on sale for £5. I had seen them on the main stand previously but I guess that they now discontinued as I can't find them on the Topshop website anymore. I was intrigued by the stick design as I bought Benefit's Fine One One and loved how it applied (anything that makes my make up bag lighter is a bonus in my eyes!) Admittedly I haven't used this blush all that much as it is very bright (for me anyway - a girl that's used to subtle colours!) and this comes out as what I would describe as a bit neon! I definitely save it for my braver days!

What are your favourite blushers? Do you prefer high street or high end?
